MAKEUP AND GROOMING

In a perfect world, everyone I photograph would use one of my makeup and/or grooming artists. Everyone can benefit from a little bit of pampering, and some minor appearance enhancements from a professional. Not only will you look and feel great, but it will also boost your confidence before you even step in front of the camera. If you don’t have the budget for a makeup artist, please use this guide to help you

Men, however, should typically avoid makeup in their headshots. it is usually beneficial to have some professional grooming before the shoot. Our artists will help sort out unruly nose hairs, wonky eyebrows, droopy eyelashes, basic skin cleansing, minor hair adjustments and deal with shine. Men I recommend that you shave right before you leave for a shoot and use cooling gel or aftershave to avoid skin irritation.
